Explanatory material is concise and practical; you won’t need more than 30 minutes per week to watch videos or read information.

You progress through the program at your own pace, according to your goals and availability.
Is this legit?
This program is developed through years of observation and collaboration with the world’s last remaining persistence hunters. Eric Haas, founder of Primal Nature and creator of the course, is one of only a handful of outsiders - quite possibly the only outsider - to have successfully conducted a persistence hunt in the Kalahari.
We have tested and refined our protocols with people from all walks of life, ranging from parkour athletes to long-distance runners to casual movers to people desperate to end years of chronic pain.
Notable participants include Leo Urban, Victor Fleites of Tarzan Movement, and Audrey Nerat.
All proceeds go to supporting the Ju/’hoan people of the Kalahari.
